Well a couple of months ago, any time I would run my shins would hurt really really bad when I ran. {I honestly had no idea why} Its been bothering me, so I decided to look into it some more. What was happening when I was running was shin splints. Horrible horrible pain, and I would always have to stop. So I typed it into google and what do you know, I should’ve listened to Tabitha a long time ago and should’ve gotten better shoes!
My new shoes & running socks! {And no I didn’t pick them out because of the color for once, it just happened to work out for better} I went to an actually shoe store that specializes in runners and running shoes. (Its called “Second Sole”)
I also found out that I am an overpronater! (most people are I was told) but these shoes felt so amazing I will never just go buy shoes at a regular store again.
Hopefully I will get to go into the gym tomorrow and gift it another shot with my new shoes.
