Origins Game Fair 2010

Well, as most of you know, I work for Carl. Therefore spending a lot of time at shows and conventions. Origins is a four day event with an attendance of 10,669 people.

Ok lets get right to my story... so my first day at the event I was going to get Carl and I a drink and I was walking down an isle... and I want you to picture this all very clearly... I was walking and I see this guy who I've actually just recently seen in a couple of movies, so being the most awkward person that I am, I stop moving and just stare at him. He then says to me "You look lost." (lol) Well you could only imagine how embarrassed I was, then I made it worse by saying "Omg my boyfriend just made me watch all of your movies!!" (wow I mean who says that??) He responds with a smile on his face "well, I'm so glad he maadddeee you watch all of my movies." I was literally freaking out, I don't know if it really just caught me off guard, but I was a total dork. I then asked him if he would take a picture with me and he said he would. I was shaking so bad it took me twice as long to find my camera in my gigantic purse. Lesson learned!-I need a smaller purse. (for the many times I will meet celebrities.) Well, his name is Brian O'Halloran. He has been a couple of movies, but two that I like a lot are Clerks and Clerks 2. (You should look him up if you are like I was and have never seen either movie.) Below is my awesome picture I got of us. :)

It was one of most memorable experiences. I don't know if I pictured him to look different then how he does in the movies but he looks just the same! :)

Have you ever heard of Ruth's Chris Steakhouse? Well, if you haven't let me tell you a little about it because its amazing! (well I'll tell you about what I got at least) I got the ribeye, with grean beans and a salad. Salad comes out first with some really yummy bread. Then out comes a 500 degree plate with your sizzling steak on it! :) It was cooked perfectly and tasted awesome. I wish I had some pictures of the food, but I do plan on going back so next time you will have plenty to see!

Indians Home Opener

Well, for Christmas this past year among other gifts Carl had given me two Cleveland home opener tickets, because he knows how much I love them! (And of course I wanted to take him!) The only thing that was horrible about it was the fact I had to wait the almost 4 whole months to get to go!

So the day finally arrives and we were on our way! If you haven't ever been to an Indians Game with me, I get so excited, I can't stop smiling, I giggle, I just think its the best feeling. Even if the Indians don't win, (which they didn't, they lost 4-2 to the Texas Rangers.)

They did this amazing display before the Star Spangled Banner was sung.

When they released the balloons just after that, I thought it was awesome. (of course I did!)

Travis Hafner, the designated hitter and one of my favorite players......Carl was making fun of my saying I was trying to take a picture of his butt, but really its his number I was trying to get! :)

After the game was over, Carl and I didn't want to go home quite yet. We were having fun so much fun together we decided we were going to go to Tower City and look around, well that didn't last very long because we saw they had a Morton's Steakhouse. Carl has ate there before and liked it, so we decided to go get steak. It wasn't so good, but we had a lot of fun just walking around, and just being together for the day!
